Average Juan

Average Juan is a 2D platformer created back in 2009, semester 4, using XNA C# 2.0. It was the first time games programming student teamed with games art students. The game is a very linear run to the right Mario parody.

The Story
On a Sunday morning, lazy Orami asked Juan to save the world from evil monsters that's causing global warming.

This is my first real game project where we started programming moving sprites, creating jumping and faking gravity, creating level using 2D arrays, making monsters shoot penguins, checkpoints, animating sprites, making falling platforms, and designing levels with the feature that we have.
